At VitalityON, we are into simple habits.
Progress, not perfection.
We strive to be 1% better each and every week.
We become the person our family needs. We walk the talk. We fight for family, our kids, and our dreams. Yes, we may fall down…but we always learn, get back up, and get back in the game.
We are fighters. We would rather die with a spear in our chest than hide out on the sofa in a haze of beer, chips, and screens. We outsmart our obstacles with science. Test your fat loss knowledge here.
We concern ourselves with character more than circumstances, destiny more than detours, and legacy more than losses.
We are strong enough to be bold and to ask for wise advice, commit, take action and improve our habits.
We know that an expert coach in our corner + our commitment to progress is the best way to learn & overcome life’s challenges.
We know our family & peers are watching. So we set goals & priorities. We become people who walk the talk, who neither whine about our past, stew in anger about our present, nor waste our time & energy in constant future worry.
Our motto is, "Together we are stronger. No retreat, no surrender."
We enjoy the journey, living a healthy and productive life that inspires our kids and our future.
We are VitalityON.
A Message from VitalityON’s Founder & Head Honcho, Dan
Becoming a dad at 50 rocked my world. There was no time for long gym workouts, quality sleep, or complex meals. My “dad bod” came on FAST.
Fortunately, armed with an American health science degree, interviews with dozens of experts, and 3 decades as a wellness nut and coaching others, I found a solution.
My friends say I am a bit obsessed with power habits…and maybe they are right. But why not enjoy the second half of life, I say? Among my crazy goals is to play Ultimate Frisbee in 2066 at my son’s 50th birthday with my grandkids.
Will my new simple vitality habits program be right for you (or a busy man you love)? I don’t know, but it’s not for everybody.
If you want to be Arnold Schwarzenegger, Lebron James or The Rock, then no. If you want to be an Iron Man Triathlete or CrossFit star, then no.
But if you are like me, a busy dad who wants to burn fat, feel good and live long, strong and healthy in a simple and sustainable way as your kids grow up…then maybe yes.
Wherever you are, if you do what you have always done you’ll get the same results. Or, you can choose to hit the reset button and embrace vitality habits + accountability + support. You, as always, get to choose your future one day at a time.
