My very conservative estimate is some overexercising by up to 30% every month or more.
If you want to lose weight and get fit and healthy with the minimal investment of time per week
you best get an expert coach OR hit the books.
You’ll need to review the growing body of international exercise physiology studies. There are some surprising findings, especially that of a Japanese scientist and his Olympic Athletes studies. More on that in a future post.
