About 5 years ago, a successful executive, we call him Micheal, reached out to me. We met on a hike in beautiful southern Spain. He had treated his family to a 10 day private Spain luxury tour.

He was frustrated as he felt weak and had so little energy. Micheal found himself lagging behind his kids and his wife despite having lost 20 pounds on his own (with a lot of cardio and eating a restrictive low calorie diet) before the trip.  His progress had stalled and Micheal then lived in stylish southern California.

I asked him a few questions and rapidly saw his problem was actually a symptom of at a few little-known deeper core problems.

You see, after 30 years and helping thousands of persons, (except most family members who don’t want to hear it LOL)

it was easy for me to see the root causes and not confuse them with the surface level symptoms.

Also, I could see that he was unknowingly in danger in a few important areas including physical injuries from the wrong type and volume of exercises,

loss of metabolically active muscle and  metabolic slowdown that was setting him up for the dreaded “rebound weight gain”.


You see in life, business, health, and fitness avoiding disaster is perhaps MORE important than maneuvering toward quick success.

Now you may wonder what happened with Micheal after the free consult?…

Well, I do not hard sell anyone. But he told me could see the value of my program and experiences

and so decided to sign up for 6 months of 1 on 1 coaching.

Micheal is now enjoying a science-based, safe & sustainable plan of food and fitness. Most of us also benefit from a few simple habits to decrease our stress hormones like cortisol and better sleep routines. He’s already feeling more energy and is more productive and happier he says.

And Micheal is slowly getting the results he wants with MUCH less exercise and a better more delicious eating plan.
